I have been following this in the anti-choice blogosphere; there is the worry among many in the anti-choice community that FOCA is a distraction.

Color me Not Surprised. I am the least impressed by the common sense of Catholics, out of all religions. After all the corrupt Popes, the Crusades, the Inquisition, and the priest molestation scandals...plus the misogyny and the fact that the parishioners' money goes directly to gold-leafing every available surface...I just can't fathom being a member of such an organization!

It's a big step up from spending billions of my dollars to prevent a terrorist attack that was never planned.

Well, that's a downer. After hearing about FOCA from some religious nuts, I was so hoping that it would pass, thus totally securing fundamental health rights for women in America.
