That was hilarious. The first time I loaded the video, however, youtube or LJ messed up, and I got this, instead. Maybe there's a hidden message in there...
I've found that loading from a Friends page almost always gives the wrong URL. Load the entry first, then load the GooTube from that page, and you get the right one.
One of my cats does something similar to this. He doesn't sleep-run, but he does scrabble with his paws and fitfully meow. I just put a hand on him and he calms down.
Well after seeing this video, I'm inclined to think something is seriously wrong with the animal:

The hair standing on end, the defensive posture and fangs bared... that's not a happy animal. I'm hoping the owner has at least consulted a vet about this.
