You know, if I hadn't seen the first one, this would be pretty precious.

But now, it's still WTF, OWLS.

And you know, when you recall that birds are the evolutionary descendants of dinosaurs, and you see them winking at you and swaying all predatory like... well...

(why do they sway? Is it related to the fact that their eyes are fixed in the socket? Are they more sensitive to motion?)

The look like the wood spirits from Princess Mononoke. Imagine, being a peasant centuries ago, and seeing a bird like that at night. I would be pretty convinced it was some kind of spirit.
