I'm guessing you mean "A bat" rather than "A flying fox" - I am moderately sure we don't have flying foxes here.

Unless you mean "A sloth" at which point all bets are off.

We've got bats. They're ADORABLE and make funny little squeaky noises first thing in the morning.

We're looking at putting a mesh over the dryer vent and sticking up a bathouse outside. But that's not a "things I did today" kind of project, so it's been delayed a few times.

Bath-house != bathouse. I must remember this.

Me too, because I blinked at that sentence a few times before getting it.

Of course, I haven't had my morning caffeine yet, so there's that.

me three. I totally went through "oh, a bath-house for the bats! that's nice of him... and... kind... of... gay. I guess he means sauna, what with the heat and steam from the dryer vent?" until I read your comment.

Sheesh, people. Bathouse: Like a birdhouse, but for bats.

The beastie climbs into the external exhaust vent to make a nest and sleep and occasionally fuck other bats really, really noisily. I like bats, but not that much, so I block them from getting in and then I give them somewhere else to make squeakky whoopie.

The image of people hanging upside-down in the sauna is hilarious though.

The one on the left does resemble what you previously pulled from your dryer.

That's the lintmonster you pulled out of the filter a while ago ... and he's telling Mcbatterson that he should go to your house because there is a nice cozy dryer vent there :D
