So keep a low balance. My balance is $661.71 today. Fraud loss medians prove that people walk around with the capacity to spend thousands in their pocket. Why? For the love of all that's holy, WHY? And should we be surprised when something goes amiss in our scheme to carry a five-figure spending capacity in our pocket in the form of a plastic widget?
