This happened in our city a few months back after our flooding. Only difference, the ice was much thicker. Looked mighty weird hovering above the ground around the trees.
How beautiful! I thought at first that the bottom of the trees must be reflections somehow, and then I realized about the layers of ice. It is awesome.
