...which makes no sense at all. Sex education is directly related to lesser instances of teen pregnancy, STDs and better choices made by teens regarding sex. Less education = more problems. Sex ed is NOT OPTIONAL.
Agreed. Society has the right to protect itself from the expense of supporting people who make stupid decisions because their parents aren't able to deal with reality.
Alberta figgers that rather than waste money on muckin' out the tar sands slop, they'll just grow their peoples more stupid. That way they won't notice the mess.
