Look at the shiny part of the reflection above and to the right of the fish's eye. Does that look a little pitted or worn to you? (It does to me.) That's why I think it's a clear paperweight.
And now I have no idea why I said "thanks for asking", and even less idea of why I didn't say "and don't call me Shirley". Clearly, I'm falling apart faster than I thought I was.
