I thought it was some sort of buoy? Moving because the jaws didn't quite get a purchase on the smooth surface (ever tried to grab a ball in a swimming pool? If you miss, it ends up about a food away) and just because of the way it's floating (although obviously not floating on the surface).
Shark mouths move like that?! That's even freakier than the plain old Great White, and he's ugly. Why did I never know that sharks had freaky extendy inner jaws? Is it just this species?
