There was a legal battle here in SK a few years back, and we won the right to topless equality* province-wide. And a billion local bylaws presently popped up. DAMMIT. ___ *topless equality = women would be allowed to bare breasts anywhere it would be plausibly argued that men were. Public street possibly, stores no.
