Nah, they're just incompetent. Causes of AIDS is adding items where the word "aid" or "aiding" is in a wiki-article. Right now, they seem to have corrected the "Jews causing AIDS" bit, but they still list "Akhmed Zakavev" as one of the causes.

When they do one of their "Here's the address of someone we have decided we don't like, everyone order him a pizza", that's malicious. Usually funny as shit, too, but the two are not mutually exclusive.
