For me, it's national "dammit why can I not killfile adequately, why did y'all not pick a short version that isn't a USEFUL PREFIX" month.

I swear, some years I'm willing to lose real content just to get rid of 10^-9 posts.

I have pretty good luck with LJ Filter and tag filtering. Some people don't tag properly, but it gets rid of most of them.

I also do this with people who insist on fucking exporting their Twitter content.
