He looks a lot like our cat, a California Spangled (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/California_Spangled_Cat). They're gorgeous cats, though ours definitely shows that he's too damned smart for his own good (apparently this is quite typical).
Unfortunately, his natural athletic ability ... isn't. A year or so ago, he was still primarily an outdoor cat (he'd been a neighborhood stray for a while, but had apparently decided to adopt us), and a raccoon tried to eat his head. He nearly lost his left eye, and had a large laceration on the top of his head. This cut pretty much wiped out his curb feelers on that side, and they haven't really grown back.
This means that he tends to fall out of the window a lot, and has a tendency to ... miss when he tries to launch himself places. It's pretty damned funny. He doesn't tend to hurt himself, and most times looks more pissed than embarassed about it. :-P
Nope. California spangled and bengals, both domestic cats, have a larger head relative to body size than that of a serval. The leaping cat in the gif has the relatively smaller head size, the perky ears, the slim body and the black lines from eye to nose characteristic of a serval.
