Was at Ozzfest a few years back. Slipknot was playing (May the Gods of Taste forgive me) and the crowd help a guy in a wheelchair crowd surf. The vocalist had to stop and watch for a few seconds. It was awesome.
Oh come on, Bolt Thrower still rocks! Saw them back in sweden in 2006 after they had released the Those Once Loyal CD. Aaaahh they are brilliant live, my glasses literally melted from the heat.
Video Game music conventions too (Metriod Metal, The Megas, Select Start, This Place is Haunted, etc) are full of kick ass music and awesome people as well.
