Okay, no. I love animals, including rats, but wearing dead sparkling rats in my hair? No.

Actually I wouldn't mind carrying around a *live* rat on my head, at least briefly (don't want it using my hair as a litter box :p ), so I don't know why I draw the line there, but just... no. :p

Oh! So that's what that is. I thought it was just an ugly, freaky 'sculpture'. It's still ugly. And dead.

What's possibly more frightening is it didn't even occur to me that they were dead. I just thought they were enjoying a ride on a headband.

Ack, me too! I was wondering how the heck that person managed to glue all those things to those poor rats' tails.

It doesn't help that they both look like my mum's beloved pet rats, long gone now. Okay, so they were bred by a herpetologist for lizard food, but said herpetologist took to breeding his own rodents because he despaired at the quality and welfare of inbred, cruelly treated foodrats, so built his own building and carefully bred his own rats and mice in nice, clean enclosures with toys and music and stuff. They were great rats. Very smart and very clean, even if they did have a habit of eating pillows.
