FUCKING Left Behind! Imagine my pain: nearly 20 hour plane ride, forgot to hit the bookstore the week before, so I ran into the tiny bookshop by my gate to grab reading material. Stocked up on ridiculous magazines, looked over the best seller list quickly. My choices: Nora Roberts, Nora Roberts, JD Robb (who is actually Nora Roberts) and The Left Behind Series. Hey, I love biblical style armageddon! I'll get that, plus the next two books.

...FML. I got through the first chapter and a half of the first book, and cried at the waste of money and for my broken psyche. I left the books on the plane. During my layover, I went and bought some JD Robb.
