We've had her for most of a year already. Yes, she's smart, she's friendly, she walks at our heels and obeys our commands, she understands that she is not the pack leader and that my word is law and she is happier that way, etc.
Reminds me strongly of our late lamented Molly. She was a Rottweiler/Black Lab mix, and the gentlest, sweetest and best dog you could imagine. I miss her.
