Oh my fucking god.

So he doesn't agree with the law, therefore he's going to abuse his power to prosecute teachers who exercise their rights under the law? How is that shit even legal?

Conservatives whine about activist judges... here we have a clear case of an activist prosecutor.

Conservative judges overrule/override laws more than liberal judges at a rate of two-to-one, I believe, though I can no longer find a stat for it (sad face). This is another case of them accusing the liberals of doing what they're doing before the liberals have a chance to, thus making the liberals look stupid when they say "but, wait, no, that's what YOU'RE doing!"

I am so tired of stupidity in government.

I could just shorten this down to "I am so tired of stupidity" or modify it to "I am so tired of the glorification of stupidity"; I don't see why free enterprise gets a ...er.. free pass when it comes to stupidity!

Not so much a free pass. Simply, not the topic of that particular sentence.

It's so annoying to see stuff like this in the state that birthed the Progressive movement. Lafolette is rolling in his grave.

The decline of values these days! If only people would turn back to the values of the church and away from moral depravity!

One wonders at a magical world where sex is so complicated that the only way to pro-create successfully would be through the education of such a course.

And yet, in our magical world these days there's all kinds of ways sex can trip up people who don't expect it and result in unintended consequences. Some of these consequences are permanent and crippling.

And so, rather than deal with the effects of everyone needing to figure everything out on their own, we explain it in advance.

I think you missed my point.

I was just pondering what it would be like if things really were so complicated.
