My fave lately is Google Chrome, but I HATE the miniscule default text size that you can't permanently adjust. What? I've written bug reports on this to Google a few times to no avail.
Chrome is ugly (due to nonstandard layout) and lacks critical security and usability features - to wit, it shows advertising ever at all in any way, and it runs scripts that have not been explicitly allowed.
