That would have been unlikely. You don't get twinkies in the UK. (Well, apart from delis and shops that cater to Americans with more money and nostalgia than sense.)
It's a new plan. We're sick of the straight media blaming us for the actions of individual members so we have a new rule from the all powerful Godfather of the Mafia. Every bad thing we do we have to do in such a ridiculous fashion that no-one would believe it :P
