I think that's right - you could move either rook, so you toss in enogh of the initial position to distinguish - either way it certainly makes sense.

Found it! I had TWO moves labelled 17, you had two labelled 16.
So, okay, only one small mistake apart from that, I moved your wrong rook. Fixed now!
