Certainly looks like it. If the pic showed a little more of the building on the left side, I'd be able to tell you for sure - the discolouration from the post-WW2 repairs is still easy to pick out.

Hah, that was bugging me, too, but I was too lazy to go downstairs and dig out the book I bought at the Dom and double check.
I'm pretty sure it is the Dom, though
