I believe he means on the photographer's site - where, if you enable all the scripts that naturally come pre-disabled in non-crazy browsers, you can't right-click and copy the images because it grabs his superimposed signature instead.
This does not actually stop anyone from copying the images. It just slows down people who don't know what a "web page" is.
