US Court rules that 13m cross, erected for Easter, by Christians, who dedicated it to Christ, and used it for Christian Easter worship services for half a century, is in fact a religious symbol and not a nonreligious "war memorial".

Good. It was a tenuous argument at best.

Note the writer's bias: "The current cross ... is touted by free-speech supporters to be a war memorial. "
