Also, I want you to know that, whenever I am blown away by science, or am about to use some clever bit of science in my life, I quote you. Sometimes I I say something like "I will do science to it!" My favorite, though, is when I hear something that makes me say I Love Living in the Future.
I was young and camping with my family nearby when the tornado went through. After that, whenever we passed the place, we saw a sadly-treeless town trying to rebuild. It kind of blows my mind that it's now putting out space-age healing technology, and that "Barneveld, Wisconsin" can appear in the same article as "NASA" and the "Wisconsin Center for Space Automation and Robotics"!

This blew my mind today. The amount of information stored in these little blobs of life far outstrip anything we can put on a chip.
