Is the Skype "forgot password" link down for everyone else?

Because I wanted a password reset to enable a new device, and it tells me:
FF4, phone and desktop: No error, just returns to login page.
Skype app, phone: "not an approved browser"
Opera, phone: No error, just returns to login page.
Skype app, desktop: 403 Forbidden
Internet Explorer 9, Desktop: No error, just returns to login page.

I want to know if this is just me.

Edit: IE8 works.

So, Skype's current password change site doesn't work from mobile devices, from within Skype's mobile OR desktop version, or with the current version of any web browser.

Yeah. Updated the post - IE8 worked, but 9 and Firefox 4 and Skype itself *on two platforms* didn't.
