It's a natural arch called Tianmen Dong (Tianmen Cave) in Hunan, China. There are surprisingly few pictures of it, though there's a video of some Western guys flying through it in stunt aircraft. (Don't try googling 'Tianmen Dong' - you'll get all kinds of, ah, dong-related sites.)
