Ah, so the Calvin v. Charles fight has happened. I stopped reading a little while after Calvin was introduced. And I can name all the dogs but the one in the bottom right and the one between Snoopy and the Bassalope...
Who's the top dog? That's the one I definitely couldn't place. The cartoony one above Rosebud is ringing a bell but I can't name it for sure, but I've got no frame of reference on the top one above Marmaduke.
I see Snoopy, Marmaduke, the Bloom Country dog? um ... it's been a long time since I read newspaper comics, and WHile I recognize, for example, the For Better or Worse dog, I don't recall anyone else's name.
Snoopy and Pooch (from Pooch Cafe) are down in front. MArmaduke is centre. Left and right are Rosebud The Basselope and Farley. Flanking top right is Clifford, flanking top left is driving me nuts because I know it but can't place it. Top centre, I don't know.
Up in the first panel, of course, we have Weapon Brown, and his nemeses Calv1n and H0bb3s.
Ok, I think I see Snoopy, Marmaduke, Rover, one of the FBoFW dogs (Edgar or Farley?), and the dog from Family Circus. I've seen the one in the lower right before but don't recognize any of the others.

Yep, Rover, the creatively named pooch from the (somewhat sappy and nostalgic) strip "Red and Rover".
I think the one you're IDing as Clifford may actually be the dog from Family Circus (http://coolrain44.files.wordpress.com/2009/12/family_circus.png?w=241&h=288). They look so similar, though, that it's hard to tell.
So that makes it: Top left: Rover Top right: Family Circus dog or Clifford
Between the two of us, I think we've gotten 'em all except for the mystery dog above Marmaduke. The unknown one looks a tiny bit like Mark Trail's dog, but the last time I read Mark Trail, it wasn't missing an eye...
