The venous system goes both towards and away from the heart.
As does the arterial system.
The kidneys do not connect to the digestive system nor do they possess a blood supply.
The live and stomach are connected to the digestive system, but do not have a blood supply (and in fact, of the organs of the digestive tract, only the transverse colon & small intestine possess a blood supply).
Similarly, the musculetal systems connects directly to venal blood supply at the humerus found in the human body's left shoulder.
The London Underground Map is supposed to be geographically representative (who knew?).
The human body also contains two distinct and unconnected endocrinal systems.
All the fingers of the hands are "index finders" and all the toes "index toes".
The appendix is found at the third end of the digestive tract (who knew it had more than two ends?)
And most intriguingly, the brain connects to the endocrinal and musculetal system via the CNS at the left knee joint, and there's a second, completely unconnected, CNS that goes from the finger tips of each hand and never connects to the OTHER CNS that connects to the brain.
I'll probably post a few versions of this that aren't wrong on multiple levels over the weekend. honestly, the problem isn't so much that it's wrong, but that it gets the wrong things wrong, oddities caused by the person who made the map probably never having used an underground map in his life – the circles denote stations from which people can switch between tube lines (junctions at which multiple systems interact in this case), and the sticky out notches in each line mark the location of stations that are serviced by only one tube line, and would basically be areas of major activity or functionality that only involve one system, so joints in the musculetal system would be notches not roundels, the ribs are okay, as is the gall bladder.
