Flux: An application to make your computer screen colours and brightness vary by time of day, to avoid confusing your brain and causing light-induced mammal-brain-twisty insomnia.

I have not used it and I don't need it, but I am told by commodorified that it has greatly helped her. And it's a COOL CONCEPT.

I used it for a while and it did nothing for me except make my friends and family exclaim, “Why is your screen ORANGE!?”
