Flux: An application to make your computer screen colours and brightness vary by time of day, to avoid confusing your brain and causing light-induced mammal-brain-twisty insomnia.

I have not used it and I don't need it, but I am told by commodorified that it has greatly helped her. And it's a COOL CONCEPT.

Where's the bloody toolbar?! I just installed it and now I can't close the bloody thing or find a toolbar to adjust it. >.<

I know you're sorted, but for anyone else who comes this way, on a Mac it's a drop down from an icon that appears on the *upper* right and perserveres.
