I Am Doing Science To It - seeing how many people are all "Python!" and how many are all "this is suspicious!"

"Okay, that's the Crocodile Hunter, and Florida has crocs. Or was that alligators? Anyway, it has to be Florida."
"But what if TWK is trying to make it look like Florida. It has to be Ohio."
"Or what if TWK would pass that as too obvious to be Florida so we'd choose Ohio, but Florida is the correct choice."
*CLICK* "Dammit."

I figured it was a trap, but in the end you have to stick with educated guesses. Once you start thinking it might be a trap, you might as well flip a coin.

I picked FL because I know there's a python problem in the Everglades. But then OH threw a curveball with a python problem in the garbage bins!

http://news.bbc.co.uk/earth/hi/earth_news/newsid_8771000/8771214.stm Pythons aren't weathering Florida's winters very well, so it's less bad than people realize.

As did EVERYONE ELSE on the poll other than the one that knew the answer.

I actually didn't know the answer. It was sent to me as a "guess the state" candidate and I guessed Ohio on the theory that nobody would send me a Florida story involving pythons as a "guess the state".

Apparently I'm the only person who thinks an odd number of meta-levels deep on this one.

Science! seems to be pretty well skewed on this one.

Science! is telling me that most people either suspect no-trap or suspect double-trap. Which is interesting!

Well, damn. On another note, I would totally cite Steve Irwin for my python wrestling skills too! He's(was) my hero!!

Heh. I picked FL because... well, Ohio's weird stories tend to be more along the lines of "Wait, people are still being all Kinder, Küche, Kirche? Dammit we're all doomed."
