Copper is not ferromagnetic, and it has negligible paramagnetic properties. However, it is somewhat dimagnetic, slightly more so than water, meaning that in the presence of a strong magnetic field it can repel. It can also generate a magnetic field if a current is applied.

It has also been demonstrated to glow softly when placed in the presence of Jesus, as can be seen from the unaltered photo above.

I would wager that the two circular-ish objects at the terminal ends are what are in fact the magnets. So I guess what the ad isn't imparting is that it is copper *and* magnets, rather then the magnetic properties of copper that Jesus has used as his instruments of "healing".
