I had thought the one he couldn't sense was Nymeria/Arya, because she's getting far in the becoming-nobody business, but on the toher hand, since this is timed with the beginning of A Feast for Crows I think you're right.

He can definitely sense Nymeria - she's the giant wolf leading the pack of hundreds in that same paragraph.
