Question for discussion:

Jon dies thinking of Ghost... which could.. in theory... lead to warg transitioning from him into Ghost.

So just who drives Jon when Melli stands him back up?

I maintain that he's not even necessarily dead yet. Lots of people get chapter endings like that and survive.
