I can see it being useful occasionally. The ability to chat with anybody else looking at the online "Dark Dungeons" might be entertaining... but not seeing a lot of demand for it, no.

There used to be something like that but it was more of a pinboard-type thing. You plugged the target site's URL into the thingy, and you could see what messages other people had left about it and leave your own. This was around the time of the dotcom crash so I'm sure it's long gone by now, glad something is back to replace it.
