No, more like the part about an acquaintance defending his Master's thesis (environmental science) during the world cup, and a couple of friends attending with vuvuzelas. And using them.
My favorite part: he consented! He just didn't think they'd actually do it, because they would have had to buy vuvuzelas. Turns out you can get vuvuzelas for cheap on Amazon. :3
