They've been actively combating it on an aggressive scale ever since about halfway through my first term. But...inexpertly.
It's a community with high access to means of self-harm, a general higher than average aversion to the acknowledgement of weakness and many moving pieces that operate out of sight of the focus...the wars.
That said, I'm in the VA system right now for depression treatment and I get contacted fairly regularly for "check-ins". Basically, are you still alive and have you been thinking about changing that?
