Fake "DoD Agent" arrested for pulling over car with Ontario plates, claiming that he's looking for terrorists. He calls 911 and claims his name is classified, but demands that the terrorist car be searched for terrorist bombs because he's looking for terrorists. And this car has terrorists because they're foreigners. At a strip club. Terrorist Canadian terrorist terrorists.

Actually Ontario was a clue... it's winter. The Ontarioans (Ontarioites?) wouldn't be going to Ohio for the winter.

"Ontarian", or, if you're actually talking about the people and not just the label on the car, you'd use a more specific regional term. Ontario is big - we have *forests* larger than Texas.

Yeah, when she was in highschool, my wife was keeping a group of Japanese exchange students company, and they kept expecting to be able to hop a train and go to Toronto for an afternoon and then just come back. They were looking at a map of Ontario as if it was a Japanese prefecture.

Eventually it was explained to them that, no, you could drop Japan into Ontario and never find it again and a train trip to Toronto was at least a five-hour investment. That cancelled the shopping trip ideas. And also induced some culture shock.
