Doesn't look like the same shot (different background, different expressions). The M and O kids are the same height and gender, they could have been put in the wrong shirts or the wrong order for a few seconds. (Mind, I'm not saying it's not shopped - I didn't examine the pixels. But I'd be willing to bet this is a common schtick for a man who drove to Canada with the family dog strapped to the roof of the car.)
Ah! I was misreading your comment - I thought "The M and O kids are the same height and gender," as in "the M kid in the first shot and the M kid in the second shot look alike, and the O kids look alike".
I dunno, but a bit more photoshopping could also spell 'Mormon', 'Mommy', 'Moron' and a host of other things. The point being, nobody is safe from 'shoppers.
