theweaselkingVerisign seizes domain name... that is registered outside the US, by non-Americans, who bought it from a non-American company, that is hosted outside the US.
Why? Because, apparently, the State of Maryland feels that non-Americans moving money from one non-US location to another non-US location might be illegal in Maryland, and claims that you can't "flout US law" simply by NOT BEING AMERICANS OR IN THE USA.
