it doesn't work on me. I learned in prison to shut out the things that are disruptive to my state of mind. Snoring was a biggun.

Since then, I have on several occasions, had phone calls where there was an "echo" that resulted in my words being loudly repeated through the ear-piece to me a half second later. I just block it out and talk through it.

conclusion: You cannot shut me up.
