Was just re-reading Neuromancer last weekend. Written in '84, when 3 MB of RAM was considered a shocking amount, suitable for being stolen and sold on the black market - in a novel set in the future - makes me feel like a time-traveler.

...when today you can get a 1cm square wafer that holds 64GB+.
