Scrolling down I assumed this was an endoscope picture... and then I saw the guy with the "hurr halo thar" face, then the dog.
As far as I'm aware most proctocologist associations frown upon their members taking these sorts of photographs using their larger patients (especially if the dog hasn't be sterilized).
