I am very impressed with the improvised roasting rack.
I have a bottle of tart cherry juice concentrate (really good stuff); I think I may adapt her adaptation and try it with this.

The idea wasn't original to me: one of the sites that I found while looking for instructions on how to cook the pork suggested it. But it's *really* handy, and worth remembering. :)
