YES! Someone else's cat does this! I'll come up the stairs and the cat will do this exact hopping sideways charge at me!

i notice they do it more as kittens than adults, but ive seen my adults do it too.

She's kept a few other "babyish" traits into adulthood so I'm not surprised. . . Suckles on fingers, normally refuses to make anything other than a "mew" sound (unless she's downstairs and doesn't know we went upstairs, or gets her tail trod on), etc.
