They probably used one of the free DOS-based paint programs that came with a Logitech mouse or something, because back in those days, Hitler would never have bought a phone from an American company.
Most probably, he'd end up with a Nokia 9500 Communicator.
(Nokia is from Finland, and they were allies during WWII. The fact that the phone ran Symbian, which was developed by an English company, wouldn't have mattered as he was a great admirer of many things British.)

I've heard that the Windows Phone was a Nazi X-project. Its grid layout was inspired by Goebbel's ideas of a volksinterface.

No, that was just propaganda...
(Everyone knew that the old Nazi-X projects were full off good tech...)
The Windows Phone UI was actually developed by a Russian that was sent to a Siberian Gulag soon after the war. Yeah, imprisonment in those camps does horrible things to a man's mind... Then it was stolen by American spies, or rather the KGB 'relabelled' it as an Nazi -X proect picked up from the ruins of Germany, allowed the 'infernal invention' to be taken to the West(much like they later had Tetris created and released on the western world to destroy productivity), where it was sitting forgotten in an archive in Langley until a cleaninglady happened upon it and thought that 'maybe my nephew would like to have this on his wall at home?'...

The Goebbels design for a Volksinterface, though...
I don't think we're really up to recreating the 3D tactile surface system, yet.
Which is probably a good thing as there were 'issues' with the 'Luger' applet...
(It tended to eject the antenna at about 150fps.)

Interesting. Makes you wonder what would have happened if Alan Turing never figured out how to unlock the Reich's bootloader.

some yank may have gotten around to it, and then we'd have to put up with yet another annual 'eat a stuffed animal' day in celebration of them getting the polarity right.
