The sticker's on the TARDIS. I believe they added it on one of the more recent iterations. According to Wiki:

Huh. I guess I haven't been paying close enough attention. I suppose I'll just have to go back and watch them all again. I think that looking for a sticker on the door of the TARDIS is a good enough excuse...
