I have pretty much never had a problem with Brandon, but god damn does James annoy me in exactly the manner described by these two dinosaurs.

It's weird, I kinda vaguely grew up thinking James was supposed to be Brandon with better standards (hence why he makes more) but goddamn every time I have to deal with James I want to shoot somebody. Preferably James.

In Houston, I had a package that FedEx claimed was delivered that never showed up. I called their office and asked them to look for it, and they continued to claim it didn't exist. I had to call a couple other people and eventually filled out a loss report with the home office. The day after filling out the loss report, the package suddenly showed up on my door.

It was more disturbing the SECOND time it happened.

I've had some small issues with Granny Post. Somedays she gets too tired to knock and she just leaves the box on my doorstep, things like that. But I trust her with bringing the cookies more than I trust those other drunken assholes.

When me and a colleague were late in the office, in part due to her waiting for a package, the Amazon Delivery guy looked at where we were, realised we were an office, and put us down as 'not in' without checking. 'cause we were waiting and said colleague called the delivery company, he came back and actually delivered it

This is how I feel. Not just about Fedex. But about UPS. And the postal service. *sigh*

The few times I've had problems with Brandon and Eric they've always been quick and professional.

None of them deliver when they say they will, you always end up missing them, and their pick up places are always in BFE. UPS has a crappy phone system that won't let you talk to a person if you have an issue.. I have to say, USPS was much easier to schedule a redelivery with (online form!) However, they still didn't get here before 2pm (when they tried to deliver it at 12:30 the day before) and then LEFT MY PACKAGES THERE without my specification to do so... How would I know if they left it there and it got stolen? There was no drop-off notice left behind.. There is a post office here in this very town! But is that where the pick-up is? NOPE. Next city over...

Basically, everything is fine as long as you are home for the delivery.. As soon as you aren't home for that delivery, all bets are off...

The time James forged my signature so he could leave my package at another house without talking to anybody was the last straw.

James left a package full of candles, marked with "do not leave in the sun", at the "front door". The front door here has no awning and is about four feet from the sidewalk. So not only was it stolen, it was left in the full July summer heat so the person who stole it probably got a mass of wax in a box.

My box contained a Jenna Jameson action figure with stripper pole. When I got my replacement, the box had a stamp on the outside saying TOYS, which made me wonder if the people who found an unordered package on their doorstep had kids. If so, I hope the parents opened it first. It never got returned, though!

Brandon is definitely a huge problem in my end of the city. He likes to lie about delivery attempts, he hides parcels, he's just a dick.
I always have to hike out to James' house to get my crap, but at least he lives nearby. Brandon is out near the airport, nobody lives near him.

Canadian Granny Post is, I think, smoking weed. But she doesn't give our parcels to strangers, tries to fit them in my mailbox or inside my storm door and real door (where they're hidden by the metal panel at the bottom of my storm door), and if all else fails she goes home, but it's only two blocks from my place and she stays up late to watch Letterman (unlike James, who I suspect is out getting blitzed after about 6).
