Apple's actions are disgusting - we all agree on that (I hope!.) But what I'm hearing is that Samsung is somehow a better company. And that's just not the case.
That's fascinating, because what I'm hearing is "OMG Apple won a ridiculous patent lawsuit against Samsung.", followed closely by "Well, it's not as if Samsung are lily-white angels either, y'know".
I don't live in South Korea nor in the USA, so to me both are companies gaming their corrupt systems. From where I'm standing they are indistinguishable.

And (though possibly worthy of its own post I'm not sure how else to get it to you) now we have Apple outright saying "Freedom of Speech? Fuck it. Freedom of the Press? Never heard of it. Freedom to use your own bloody devices as conceived, built, and marketed? YEAH RIGHT."
